A year later, Aaron heard about Chuck Bauer and his sales system for the first time. After being recruited to a firm by Tim McElravy, together they would soak in every ounce of Chuck’s sales knowledge.

At just 25, Aaron launched his own firm. Starting with only $25,000 in sales, he applied his relentless drive, now supercharged by The Chuck Bauer System, and grew the business to over $1 million in revenue in under three years. Now a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Taxation, Aaron combines technical expertise with the sales acumen that continues to set him apart. For him, numbers matter, but relationships come first. His philosophy is simple: always do what’s best for the client.

Outside of work, Aaron is a movie buff and DIY enthusiast who enjoys taking on new projects. He and his wife, Rileigh, are raising two energetic boys—future NFL stars in the making—who keep life exciting, competitive, and full of joy.
